Privacy policy

1. What we gather

We collect only what the enquiry forms ask for. Nothing on this website tracks you beyond that. When you submit an enquiry we receive:

• Full name — required, so we know who we are replying to.
• Phone number — required, and the main way the sales team responds.
• Email address — optional, used only if you give it.
• Buyer interest — apartment, villa or plot; required, so your enquiry reaches the right person.
• Configuration — optional, for example 2 BHK apartment or plot.
• Preferred contact time — optional, so we can try to call when it suits you.
• Message — optional free text on the contact form.
• Consent — the record that you ticked the consent box, stored with the enquiry.
• Enquiry context — which page and which form you submitted from, and the date and time.

Please do not send identity document numbers, bank or card details, or any other sensitive personal information through these forms. We never ask for them, and we do not need them to answer an enquiry.

Cookies and third-party scripts

This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of its own. It does load two third-party resources that your browser requests directly — the jQuery library from a public CDN and a web font from Google Fonts — and those providers may receive your IP address and standard request information as a result.

2. How we use your information

We use what you give us to answer your enquiry about Prestige Bangalore, and for nothing else unless you have agreed to it. In practice that means we:

• Reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, as you have consented.
• Send the material you asked for — price details, floor plans, the master plan, specifications or EOI information.
• Arrange a call or a site visit at your preferred time.
• Follow up on that enquiry, to the extent you have consented.
• Keep a record of the enquiry and of the consent you gave.
• Detect and block spam and misuse of the forms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists. If we ever want to use your details for anything beyond answering your enquiry, we will ask you for separate consent first.

Consent, and withdrawing it

Every enquiry form requires you to tick a consent box before it can be submitted. That box confirms you agree to be contacted about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, and that you have read this policy. We store that consent with your enquiry, together with the date and time.

You can withdraw consent at any time using the details in section 5. Withdrawing it does not affect anything done beforehand, and we may still keep a minimal record that an enquiry and a withdrawal took place.

Do Not Disturb. If your number is registered on the national DND or DNC register, telecom rules restrict promotional calls and messages to it. Nothing in this policy claims a right to contact a registered number in spite of those rules.

3. Protecting and sharing your data

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures for a website of this kind: the site is served over HTTPS, access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it, and the forms carry a spam-prevention field. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

We share enquiry information only where it is necessary, and only with:

• The Prestige Bangalore project sales team, so your enquiry can be answered.
• Service providers acting for us — website hosting, CRM, email and telephony — who process the information on our instructions and are required to protect it.
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order or lawful request.

If a booking proceeds, some of your details may need to appear in statutory filings, including RERA filings, and may be shared with RERA-registered intermediaries involved in that transaction.

4. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and give you access to it.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
• Delete information we no longer need.
• Stop contacting you, or withdraw the consent you gave.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity, where the law provides for it.

How long we keep your information. We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to answer and follow up your enquiry, and after that only for as long as a legal, tax or accounting obligation requires, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Once neither applies, the records are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete them sooner using the details in section 5.

Children. This website is intended for adults considering a property purchase, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

To make a request, use the details in section 5. We acknowledge requests promptly and respond within a reasonable period. We may first ask you to confirm the phone number or email address you used for the enquiry, so that we release information only to the person it belongs to.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is always the current one, and the “last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Where a change is significant we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
